Outcomes research is commonly understood as the study of the end results of a medical treatment, which is intended to provide scientific evidence that helps patients and physicians make informed decisions when considering possible treatment options. Our outcomes research consists of patient assessment of improvement in pain and function, radiological assessments of conditions, quality of life, and patient satisfaction. Our ultimate goal in outcomes research is to learn from patients’ experiences and validate new treatment protocols in an effort to improve the quality of care for future patients.
Outcomes research is central to the mission of the Regenerative SportsCare Institute. If you are treated at RSI and are asked to occasionally complete a brief 5-10 minute survey for us, we would greatly appreciate your response as it will help us and other providers further improve how your condition is treated.
